At Le Malt Imperiale, we are excited to offer a personalized concierge service designed to make your life easier. As part of your membership, our team is here to handle your booking needs and ensure your requests are taken care of with care and attention.
Whether you're planning a dinner out, booking a getaway, or arranging a special experience, our members liaison is dedicated to providing you with seamless, efficient service. We aim to take the stress out of managing your plans so you can focus on enjoying what matters most.
Our Concierge Services will Include:
Restaurant Reservations: Allow us to curate your perfect dining experience for a truly special evening, whether it’s an intimate meal or an exquisite culinary affair. From NYC to LA, Miami to Aspen, we’ll secure reservations at your restaurant of choice, tailored to the ideal setting.
Hotel Bookings: Need a place to stay? We'll take care of your hotel reservations based on your preferences.
Travel Bookings and Experiences: From flights to curated travel experiences, we'll help organize your trips and get you there smoothly.
Broadway & Theater Shows: Enjoy New York City's finest arts effortlessly as we handle your ticket bookings
Spa & Retreats: Looking for some relaxation? We’ll take care of your spa or retreat bookings.
Exclusive Brand Partner Events: Gain access to curated VIP events hosted by our prestigious brand partners, such as Ferrari, Cartier, and more, offering unique experiences
Errand Services: Need a thoughtful gift, such as flowers or a fine bottle of wine? Let us help you select the perfect item & arrange for it to be shipped & delivered seamlessly.
How It Works:
Request: Simply reach out to our Member Liaison via phone or email to make your booking request with your credit card. We are available to assist you Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
We Handle It: Once we receive your request, the Member Liaison will take care of all the details, coordinating bookings, checking availability, and ensuring everything is aligned with your preferences.
Enjoy Your Experience: Once your request is fulfilled, all that’s left for you to do is enjoy it!

While our concierge offerings are currently focused on the services listed above, we are continually refining and expanding our offerings. As the year progresses and we forge new partnerships, we will introduce additional premium services to enhance your experience.

Concierge Service - Terms and Conditions
By utilizing Le Malt Imperiale Concierge Service, members agree to the following terms and conditions:
Request Timing:
Members must submit requests for bookings a minimum of 5 business days prior to the desired booking date to allow for proper coordination.
Requests made with less than 5 business days' notice may be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Business Hours:
The Members Liaison, Jennifer Fernandez, is available to handle requests from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Response Time:
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for Jennifer to respond to your booking request. While we will strive to respond as quickly as possible, complex or special requests may require additional time.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability. The Member Liaison will confirm your reservation or service once it has been finalized.
Members will receive confirmation via email or phone once their request has been successfully booked.
Service Limitations:
Concierge services are limited to the offerings listed (restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, travel bookings, Broadway shows, spa/retreat bookings, and errand services).
While we will do our best to utilize all of our partnerships and connections to secure your requested bookings, priority access, or special rates, please note that each service is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We strive to provide excellent service and the best possible experience with each booking.
Errand Services:
Members are requested to provide clear details for each request, including delivery addresses and preferred delivery windows.
For gift deliveries (e.g., flowers or wine), please specify any preferences or preferred brands. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, availability may vary.
Cancellations & Changes:
If a booking needs to be canceled or modified, members should notify the Members Liaison at least 48 hours in advance to allow for proper adjustments.
Late cancellations or changes may result in fees imposed by the third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, restaurants, etc.).
Costs:
Any services or bookings arranged through the concierge are at the member’s expense unless otherwise noted. Members will be informed of any estimated costs prior to final confirmation.
A valid credit card is required for all bookings to secure reservations and/or services. This requirement will be communicated during the booking process.
The club will arrange payment using the credit card provided. However, in some cases, members may be responsible for paying third-party service providers directly unless otherwise arranged by the club.
Limitations of Liability:
While Le Malt Imperiale Concierge Service will do its best to facilitate seamless bookings and services, we are not liable for any errors, delays, or cancellations made by third-party vendors or service providers.
Le Malt Imperiale is also not responsible for any issues or disputes that arise between the member and the third-party service providers.
Modification of Terms:
Le Malt Imperiale reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and are encouraged to review them periodically.
Service Availability:
At this time, the Concierge Service is being offered as a limited-time rollout. Le Malt Imperiale reserves the right to modify or withdraw this perk at any time without prior notice.
